ANALOGUE AND DIGITAL Analogue is a device which record media linearly from one point to another.  Analogue devices read media by scanning the physical data off the media. Digital is  a device which perform calculations using ones and zeroes. this method is referred as "Binary system". Digitised media is recorded in binary code of combinations of the digits 1 and 0 also called bits.
